Somehow I went through 2 years and missed this, but well done to everyone involved in making RayFanPedia a reality!

It just occurred to me that "RayFanPedia" is somewhat assonant with "Rayman Panda[-Community]"

I’m curious if Plum is secretly interested in the Rayman Panda Community

I mean, it looks like I'm its only member this year

Yeah, two straight years I think came and nothing happened

I think something happened for RayFanPedia but nothing else one year

Yeah, since I saw we did nothing for that day on RPC, I did edit the main page to focus on the most interesting and trustable facts!




Oh and btw, since when has the spelling went from "Rayfanpedia" to "RayFanPedia"?

Honestly, we should have formatted it in another way because "Rayfanpedia" does feel kind of flat compared to say, "RayWiki", "RaySaves" or "RayTunes"

I mean would you have preferred Rayman fan pedia or something?

The goal was to make it not sound too long so mixing Rayman and fan was a good idea, but the pedia certainly wasn't the best for its visibility compared to the widely searched wiki word... but on the other hand, this would have made it confusing with RayWiki, so maybe there wasn't much of a better choice after all!

I suppose you either had RayFanPedia or RayFanWiki. Not sure myself which is the better option there.

Yes. It was however for sure much better than some of the obscure ideas I suggested, like the Rayman Junior "Magic Book of Knowledge" homage I thought of!
In fact, I used it in a teaser as a codename for the project!

Oh I remember that. There were a lot of really beautiful concept arts thrown around back then

Thank you! It felt great while we were doing that. I hope I find some time and motivation at some point to maybe add some more content...
