Well, to be fair, the name never made it into the game (I think it's from the artbook), but had that been the case, I think they would have localized it just like they intended to do for the Teensies doctors (but then again, the English localization team messed up and kept the French puns ). So, after all, why not have your own English and Spanish versions of that name, it sure feels more natural.

They did not really fail to translate as both Otto Psi and Romeo Patti are puns that work in both languages, but originally, Kal Ory and Al Urgic were supposed to be their English names. For some reason those were not used in the game, in which they kept the original French names.

Interestingly enough, the French and English names of the last doctor, neither of which appears in the game, are puns that only work in their respective languages. Maybe that's why they chose not to mention him by name?

Well, the puns aren't in the game anyway, as only their first names are mentioned...
