The basic way this works, to my knowledge, is that every day from today to December 25, Santa picks a random user that signed up for the calendar to receive that day's Ting prize. In today's case, Fanzo got 100 Tings, which was the Day 1 reward. The Ting prizes increase by 100 every day, so the later a user gets a prize, the more Tings they get.

Since there are 28 users signed up as of writing this, there will unfortunately be 3 of them that don't get anything, so hopefully neither of us wind up as those 3 (presumably) Naughty Listers.

*At least 3 – remember that it is possible for some people to win more than once, which would give fewer than 25 winners!
