Nope, it goes back to gibberish. Except in the intro where Polokus speaks in "Earth-speak" (i.e. French/English/German/whatever ).

Doesn't the same thing happen in Legends too, where he speaks English at the intro then gibberish afterwards? Either way I think the gibberish suits the game personally. I played those games first then found the English speaking in Rayman 3 odd since it was different

I still think I prefer Raymanian in a way, the Pig-Latin choice always will remain a bit strange. I don't hate it or anything, it's just a strange choice.

Yeah same, I'd prefer Raymanian in any case. Even Revolution.

Yeah I for some reason don't like the voice acting in Rayman 2.

I don't like the English voice acting for R2 PS1 especially. I can stomach PS2, but it's still not better than Raymanian.

Someone thought it would be funny / whimsical. Obviously afterwards they realized it was just ridiculous.

I never did find it funny though, I think Hunch once said it's only funny if you're 10.
