with the mafia ruling, ther mafia families would all combine against him. Do you know what the mafia ACTUALLY is? It was started by the Mafias, a family, who started illegal trades between countries, eventually hiring other people and their own families, grwoing and growing, whilst those other people invited their families too. Thats how the Mafia came
