... For some reason I didn't realise 'rgazel' is Rémi himself... This is quite an honour. Even my father says 'Rayman' the moment I start humming the very first Dream Forest tune. And I remember trying it out for the first time, as a young child, with him next to me. We thought we could walk over the rocks that indicate water. And I once walked upstairs to ask why the introduction video speaks of foxes, as I heard 'hey fox' - but the narrator says 'folks' instead of 'fox', I know now. There are so many memories - but the music, I think, is what sticks with me the most. Thank you for your masterful work.

I just backed this project, I really wish this will get funded, but the Rayman name on it does grant it a lot or some success.

Hmm, €12,000, with just over 20 days to go. I think we need to raise awareness. I know some folk here have a sizeable amount of subscribers, perhaps upload a video asking fans to donate?

I'm sure there are also Youtubers and other prominent folk who are Rayman fans, perhaps we should inform them of the kickstarter, it may help spread the word further.

If it keeps going at this rate that the latest 10 days have been we won't be able to reach not even half of the first goal. It would be sad, but I already did what I could, both in pledging and publicity. NintendoLife doesn't seem interested in creating an article to give attention to UK readers. I tried.

I've got the impression that all Rayman fans know about it already, and that they backed the project as soon as they heard about it, which explains the huge progression during the first few days.

But the Rayman community is a small one, and we quickly reached its limits. I feel that targeting non-Rayman fans is the only way now, even though they're much less likely to back the project.

Yeah, I saw it this morning. It's a shame, really, cause I thought the campaign was just fine. I'm afraid not so many people care about Rayman nowadays.

As I expressed in other places, I am sad that things did not turn out in the way we expected. I am really disappointed with the underwhelming feedback of people as I really was looking forward for an orchestral or even electronic mix.

I however appreciate a lot the team's effort to try to make this happen. I hope there's a Plan B in future.

Down but not out, I hope. I think the timing just wasn't best, given how Rayman is at a bit of a lull. But don't give up, we'd love to see this realised.

Is this something to do with the project? Either way, it's awesome to hear the Rayman music like this, makes me wish the Kickstarter had been more successful.
