Well, technically Raymanian is just gibberish as opposed to an actual language, and Pig Latin is simply garbled English...

Nope, they are both natural languages. I'm looking for artificially developed languages that can still be considered actual languages.

That's pretty close, but sign languages are actually naturally developed languages, and braille is a writing system, not a language in itself.

Hint: Multiple fiction writers have invented their own languages to use in their fictional world. In addition, people (linguists, mostly) have developed artificial languages to ease communication between people speaking different languages, or simply for experimentation.

Volapük and Esperanto.
