Perhaps if the victim was tied to a chair, and then a large rock was repeatedly swung against the victim's nose from a great distance. That would be horrid.

It's possible to survive with no testicles though, I think.

I think it would be more painful if the testicles were squeezed against a brick wall until they eventually popped.

Anything testicle related torture cant be good.

The worst form of torture would definately be to be strapped down and having someone remove all the hairs from the inside of your thighs one by one with tweezers.

I would probably go blind, cause I have some eyelashes that are way in there.

That couldn't be forced upon anyone. Maybe if someone put a thin (but strong) chord and wrapped it in between the legs, then yanked at it until the sex organs were completely battered.
