I remember last year there were more veterans around. But hey, hopefully the people who are active today will still be active the rest of the days! There were some people who rejoined the forum after RD 2024, so why not again?

Well, for example, last night I had tordelli al ragù, taglioni with black truffle and trippa. All very tasty!

Mmm, did a quick search and MAN that looks good!
That pasta has got to be divine! Never had a black truffle though, I don't think. Wonder if it tastes like a mushroom.

I would say it's going to be near 11k also, definitely more than 10.
