So it's a part of a level, that simultaneously contains 5 and only 3/5 power-ups?

I think it's 5 cans in total but of 3 different colors. Not sure where that occurs, though.

Yes, it contains 3 power-ups, and 5 cans, meaning there are duplicates! Here, I'll explain in this third clue...
