I think you can, but only like simpler game genres, like visual novels and point-and-click and adventures, i think?
If you want to code more complex genres, like shooters and platformers, sure you can code that in HTML, too, but it will probably take a lot of space and resources. And you only have like 1 GB of space, and that’s not a lot..
But anyway, i think it’s just better to code on some different engine and embed it into your site
