When you're at that Umber room in Sanctuary of Stone and Fire and you start looking around for a plum to surf to the exit on the Lava.

When you actually try to jump towards the way to the Pirate Mines Section in the Island section of the Iron Mountains without the shell from the reformatory and keep dying and falling.

When you take hours to figure out that you just need to press the jump button to make the shell jump over there.

When the glitched Rayman clone in the Woods of Light is actually Dark Rayman in disguise.

… And then you touch him and the two annihilate, resulting in a softlock like when you turn back on the Walking Shell in part 2 of the Menhir Hills!

When you Get hit by one of the hoodlums at the beginning of rayman 3

When you keep going to the Cave Of Bad Dreams entrance on The Marshes Of Awakening and being denied access because you don't notice that you have to go the opposite way and climb to get to Ssssam.

That's probably what would have happened to me if I hadn't been freaked out by the bouncing eyes.

On my first playthrough that happened to me probably 3 times, until I tried to go the other way.

I'm glad to know it wasn't just me then, I was literally stuck there thinking what the hell do I do now until I tried the other way

If I had played it as a kid I probably would've been the same especially when you get into the cave and Jano's sharp teeth are on screen where you run (or glide) for your life.

When you keep crashing into the crystal things and getting eaten by Jano

Or an even better one (unfortunately it's true)...

When you look at the Rayman wiki and it says you can shoot the crystals that are in your way, but you didn't know that and were just avoiding them or jumping over them

When you are sliding into the sharp crystals before you even try to shoot at them and get eaten by Jano.

When you can't beat the tutorial in R3 where Murfy carries you around.

When the rock falls on you instead of the ninja crab in one of the Fairy Council sections.

When you fight Count Razoff and keep falling.

When the death music jingle loops even after you started again after dying in Rayman 2.

When you break the music in Revolution by getting killed on part 2 on The Marshes Of Awakening.

When you keep skiing too far away from Sssam and lose grip of the scarf and drown in the swamp waters.

You think Rayman Junior is Dark Souls.

When you have a lot of trouble beating the zombie henchmen, seriously they are less complicated than the normal varieties.

When you try find The Walk Of Life by playing The Bayou, finish the entire level and get out back to the Isle Of Doors. Then yiu enter the level again and find out all you had to do was follow the got damn train CJ (sorry I had to it came into my head after all you had to do )

Really though all you had to do was turn left at the beginning.
