Ah yes, I recall seeing a video with those images on them, I don't think all of them were from Twinsanity, mind you.

Seeing these pictures makes me think how tragic it is that the game that could have easily be best Crash game ever, ended up being probably one of the weakest Crash games. Sales were not even that good and even Mutant games sold more (which is ironic since Mutant games are to blame for lack of future games since sales were not that good either).

Hm, you genuinely consider Twinsanity to be that weak? Flawed as it may be, I still think it was a nice step up from Wrath of Cortex.

I dunno why but I liked Wrath of Cortex more. Probably because of Classic formula, seeing that I am a huge Classic fan of everything. I am aware that games must change in order to go on, but I think that every franchise should have a Classic formula game in their anniversary game. Sonic Generations is in my opinion prime example of anniversary game.

Hm, one of the things which I liked about Twinsanity, and why I respect Traveller's Tales, is that it took the Crash formula, and changed it just enough to give something that felt like Crash, yet still feel new. I think it's important to look forward as well as back in anniversaries, and I think, had the Twinsanity idea been given time to properly nurture, it could have carried the Crash franchise in an interesting and potentially exciting direction. Alas, we will never know that possibility.

Twinsanity has the open-world which makes it so lively. I can explore the areas of N. Sanity Island. And the music is just supreme, none of the tracks sound truly alike. The game has humor which makes it fun. The concept of working with Cortex makes some interesting gameplay as well.

@Master
I do have to agree that it would definitely be better if Crash's Twinsanity formula stayed instead of moving to Mutants. Twinsanity could have only been small beginning to something awesome. Looks like we will never find out because franchise is dead forever to me and I don't see it returning. Even if I kinda enjoyed Mutants, I have to agree that it killed the series. I just moved on from Crash and I enjoy playing his older titles from time to time, or when I am doing a Let's Play. I would much rather see Gex, Croc and Klonoa return at this point than Crash really.

OCG, do you not believe that the 2016 reboot will come to be?

It will end up cancelled before year 2016 for sure.
But I do wish them luck.

Tragedy is that Activision just owns the licence for the sake of owning it. They don't care for it at all.

Best Crash in my opinion.

Hm, I definitely liked its style and demeanour, I'm fond of it, I admit, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it the best based on the final product. If it had time to fully flourish, and I lived in a world where that was the case, I'd probably echo that sentiment.

Crash Bandicoot Evolution would be best.

Final Product was great, but maybe if it was developed more, it would have been better. Way Better...
