Sadly no, they've just given August for now as the air time.

Meh, I wouldn't be so sure, they can be a little late sometimes, I remember them announcing the airdate for the second half of series 6 about 10 days before it actually aired.
lol still haven't watched the show
But these Weeping Angels, they be interesting.

I'd say by all means, McGann, you seemed a mighty fine Doctor!

Hmm, they fluctuate, I don't think that there's been any episode featuring them that really surpasses their debut ep back in Series 3, though that could just be me. As for getting in, seeing as we're coming out of a regen, it might be a good time to jump in next series if you want to jump on without having to trundle back.

I'd be more than happy to see more of him too, The Night of the Doctor was a fine minisode, and it certainly resonated well.

No, the Angels truly were at their best in Blink - you can start looking at all factors of what make horror great horror and it all cumulates in telling you that, when comparing the five or so episodes they starred in. Perhaps the greatest of all these is 'surprise' and 'unknownity' - because they were still being introduced in Blink, the entire plot revolves around suspense, something that simply can't be repeated as well in future episodes. Still, I don't necessarily get the feeling they tried as much in future episodes, either.
The Angels went from truly horrific to the jump-and-scare kind of horror that Slenderman is the prime example of along with slasher movies. Not my idea of exciting, fun horror. More of exciting, fun action/thriller.

Hmm, not sure if spoilers or not, how does announcement of actors take your fancy?
I know some fellas here are really spoiler averse, even avoiding trailers, so it's in consideration for them we do it.

Thanks, I've been wondering where I could find the transparency code! Anywho, I'll post my thought after watching it. Hope that everyone else will too!

Huh, here's something that I'd say was unexpected, but I guess it's more open ever since the 50th. The first episode of the Series 8, called "Deep Breath," will apparently be shown in cinemas worldwide, akin to DOTD. It's also going to be 75 minutes long, as opposed to the normal 45 minutes.
I've read through the leaked scripts and I'm going to say some stuff. No details but hiding anyway because I know some of you go mental over spoilers.
[The fourth episode is easily the best thing Steven Moffat has ever written. It's self-contained, intimate, dense with powerful images and ideas, genuinely unsettling, shockingly audacious, surprisingly moving and incredibly thematically cohesive. I hardly even care about the rest of the series any more – I just need to see episode 4.
I'm really troubled by the choice of director though – it's Douglas MacKinnon, who directed The Power of Three, Cold War and the first three episodes of Moffat's Jekyll. None of these are badly shot by any means, but there's a scene in episode 4 which requires an incredibly delicate touch – mishandled it could be an embarrassment, but in the right hands it could be the greatest scene in Doctor Who. I wish to God they'd gotten someone like Nick Hurran, who directed The Day of the Doctor and landed every visual and emotional beat perfectly, however complex or strange.]

So it was true...the character appearing at the 27th second is this trailer looks like an important character of the Mass Effect series. I read an article about this a few days ago.
