Nintendo Magazine had an article which stated Xtreme was actually quite an inspiration for Galaxy. Funny to think that a cancelled game from a long time ago spawned something like Galaxy which would go on to inspire Lost World.

Evolution of a game idea, intriguing.

Hm, you are probably right. Plus it was not Sonic Retro Wiki but some other Sonic Wiki that is clearly less good.

So apparently Lost World will have a "Deadly Six Bonus Edition" including a bonus level in which you fight against exclusive boss fights. Will be interesting to see how that turns out.

Also, the 3DS footage shown at Nintendo Direct looked awesome. I think I'll get both versions if I have the money.

EDIT: Sonic announced for Smash Bros.

You can be sure I will get both one day but I will get 3DS version first.

His colouration looks a little more Classic Sonicy, not a bad thing at all, just an interesting touch.

Curious that they chose the Sonic Heroes theme to introduce Sonic, I found that game to have way too much cringeworthy dialogue, and some of the songs (like this) make me feel so as well.

Pretty good Nintendo direct presented, I heard Ace Attorney Demo will be free for 3DS right now, should try it out later.
