Are you sure? Could you send us screenshot of your processes tab?
Also, try closing those programs you mentioned when you launch game.

try ending these processes:
avast
TuneUp
and both cmd and COMMAND.DLL
Once you do that, try starting game again.

The "latest version" is v1.21, correct? The older versions have an issue with crashing, so make sure you have the latest update.

that is the problem, command.dll do not end, i have tryied everything, end proces, end process tree, there is no way to kill it, adn avast is the andtivirus, i wont just end it just for a single game when everything else in my computer works with it
tune up restars automatically when ended so is not posible either

Windblade, that did not warrant a report. If you have a problem with a member's tone when it's this mild, you can discuss it with them yourself, this isn't a first-grade classroom. Besides, in my personal opinion, I found this comment:

-equally as rude, if not moreso. It's not emshomar's fault that it isn't working for you, and you're also the one who wasn't willing to end a certain process that takes a fraction of a second to start up again for the sake of troubleshooting an issue only you seem to be having.

The point is to find out the source of the problem so that, in the event of it being an end-user error, you can feel silly for exclaiming your disappointment, or, if it does happen to be some active software like Avast, perhaps emshomar can update the Mega Patch so that it can run alongside said software.

And mainly important what is your graphics card? btw. I think 2GB Ram is too little.

yes but, it doesnt do anything for the right music on the right levels, that is why i downloaded the raymegapatch -_-

You are wrong. It plays the all the tracks on the right spot. Remember that is the PC version, and not PS1 or Saturn. The PC version had all tracks for one world merged together. Also you did not answer my question.
