Speaking as someone who spent a good chunk of their young years behind a computer screen...some time outside just going for a walk can do wonders, maybe not now, but some walking time just to get yourself going does help.

You should use a template size to make all of your sigs on! I personally use 520 x 285 since it's just the best size I found whilst playing around with it
