Re: Rayman merchandise
You upload a picture, and the site gives you a larger version of it in square-shaped fragments, much like a puzzle. Then you can print them out and hang them together. That's why it requires large images; otherwise it ends up looking badly pixelated.

Re: Rayman merchandise
Well of course they need large image if we're talking poster size. I'm pretty fascinated by it though, any other REALLY high quality image renders relating to Rayman?
I do have some Nintendo Power Rayman posters, they were a little more expensive than they should've been
I have the Arena one, 3, and 2. Unfortunately my fucking stupid ass cat damaged my R2 one so I'll have to seek another one.
edit: I've never seen this poster before. Could be fanmade? Looks kind of neato.

Too bad that almost all of them are in .jpg format.

Eh that one isn't so great, it's a nice pic of Rayman but doesn't show very much.

Re: Rayman merchandise
This was one of those rare cases when the resolution was good enough to allow proper .png conversion.
I also uploaded it to RayWiki and added it to Rayman's gallery.

Re: Rayman merchandise
It sucks that it has that white transparency outline, though.
Re: Rayman merchandise
@Rayfist It is not a fake, that artwork appeared before in the past but with Ly instead of Globox if I remember well.

@Haruka
Yeah I just read the description. If it weren't so expensive I'd get it.
(It's too pricey for a poster honestly)

Certainly not fake indeed, as it's in the Raymanzone Magazine as well.Haruka wrote:@Rayfist It is not a fake, that artwork appeared before in the past but with Ly instead of Globox if I remember well.

Re: Rayman merchandise
FUCK YES my McDonald's figures came today. Their paint is chipped and they don't work anymore. I love them.
Re: Rayman merchandise
I guess I was lucky because all of them still work. I only had to replace the battery for the cage (which doesn't have the rubber on the base) and it works great.
Re: Rayman merchandise
The whole set I won on auction fully works. My cage also has rubber on the base so I guess I was luckiest

Re: Rayman merchandise
It's most unfortunate that these guys were not distributed outside of France. I'd gladly take a Henchman 800 any day.

Gee thanks, I think I got this the first time Haruka told me before I read the ebay description.SpyroGuy wrote:Certainly not fake indeed, as it's in the Raymanzone Magazine as well.Haruka wrote:@Rayfist It is not a fake, that artwork appeared before in the past but with Ly instead of Globox if I remember well.
Considering how rare those are I'd be happy just to own them. What? Are you actually gonna play with them?Sabertooth wrote: my McDonald's figures came today. Their paint is chipped and they don't work anymore. I love them.

Re: Rayman merchandise
The Henchman 800 is my favorite, so large and well-painted. Plus you can freely contort his limbs however you want.
If anyone else wants these, I saw a few still up on eBay going for some relatively reasonable prices. I guess it all just depends on how much you want these rare collectibles.

Re: Rayman merchandise
Hmm, I wonder if one could build a poseable Hench 800 out of Lego.

Re: Rayman merchandise
If you did I'm sure you could sell it to someone on RPC and make bank.
Re: Rayman merchandise
Now that would be an interesting idea if someone had the right LEGO Technic parts.Master wrote:Hmm, I wonder if one could build a poseable Hench 800 out of Lego.
