There are two Stumblebooms to whose legs there is attached a washing line which holds up 5 pairs of male underwear, on each of which is a different flag. From left to right, the flags are: British, French, German, Italian and Spanish

2 Stumblebooms, 3 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of boxer shorts.
