I meant programs, or games :oops2:

But, that does make me curious... I wonder how using Murfy in RL with a touchscreen would be like?

I feel like this is something you should ask someone who owns Legends on a Wii U or Switch :P

A touchscreen is pretty nice ngl but I don’t use it that often as I still prefer using my mouse to navigate through my computer.

Touchscreens as a primary method of input on desktop OSes is still pretty finicky, even with some of the adaptations that have come in since the last decade, but as secondary method of input, I do find it useful for some things like scrolling or zooming. Touchpads usually have gestures to do the same thing so it's not usually a big deal, but it's a nice extra.

Ngl, I highly associate touch screens with Windows 8... Not the best experience :fou:
It should be fine if it's W10 or W11!

Lucky you for having Windows 10 in 2025! Probably one of the best OS of Microsoft with 7 and XP :)

Eh, best OS is being generous considering Win10 is where Microsoft started to get far more invasive and nosy about what you're doing with your machine.

I'd say 7 is probably the most recent OS from them I'd consider a potential "Best" contender.

Virtual boxes should be useful too. I'm not using any in my current laptop, but they're definitely useful for compatibility issues with different programs.

Tbh I'm happy with W10's performance! I've always felt it smooth...

If I ever chose to get a second backup laptop I would probably choose the OS to be windows 7/XP or Linux. There are multiple programs I liked using that were compatible with an older OS but I struggle to use them on my Win11 machine today (or they’re incompatible lol)
