Do they even have official names?
There's one that's like a half grim keeper, half hoodboom that throws grenades at you (one with wooden shield, one with metal shield), hoodstormers, a slapdash that charges at you, a spineroo that doesn't spin and the boss Scaleman is a hoodlum, I believe. I think that's it

Yes, the Scaleman (The real name is Kagalfa according to official sources) is a hoodlum, it was about to enter on original R3, but the idea was dropped along with Kagoubinôme.
