Seems like they're trying to make the Wii U as attractive in terms of price as the original Wii was, hm, I wonder how this will all turn out.

Beat ya to it on the previous page, seeing as we're on a new page, here's what's been said:
OldClassicGamer wrote:If they brought back GBA support or if it was region free it would be worth buying, but since thats not the case it is not worth at all. People that do not like 3D can turn it off on regular 3DS. Also it still has 1 analig stick...why?
Master wrote:It seems to be merely a cheapo version of the 3DS, not a bad thing, mind you, but it'd bug me not being able to fold the screens as has been the case since the original DS, though the loss of the 3D isn't a bad thing by any means.
Still, if it does make the ability to play 3DS games more accessible, given that it is cheaper, then I guess it has an audience.

I'm unsure what to fully think of it. The idea of having 3DS games fully 2D would certainly be appealing to those who don't like the 3D or don't really care. Only thing i'm not fussy for is the design, as Master said, the fact it doesn't fold is strange.

Awesome I challenge you to a match on both in the future then. Regarding the 2DS, Nintendo stated it was designed primarily with the demographic of 7 and under in mind due to the original model actually being aimed at 7+. Though its still weird how they made it flat and abandoned the snappy design. Probably due to some 5 year old weiner mutilating a limb by getting it stuck inbetween the two screens.

Or the 5 year old mutilating a screen, either way, I think it's a nice budget version, a bit like the PSP E1000.

Is it because of library of games or piracy?

My PSP has been rather useful since I've hacked it, especially with the large amount of emulators one can put on it.

Hacking killed two of my PSP's. I was forced to buy third one in terrible condition for $20. Thank god it is at least compatible with Pandora Baterry so it cannot die. It is weird how PSP is only console that died on me twice when I hacked it. I never had issue with home consoles. I usually play it with RemoteJoy and 360 controller since it has terrible buttons. It was bought for future Let's Plays only, and I do enjoy games like Prinny, Prinny 2, Mega Man Powered Up, Maveric Hunter X and more. Prinny is still my favourite PSP game

Piracy? I'm not like you, OCG. :P

I never liked the game catalogue of the console, not to mention its stupid UMD format.

I must've gotten lucky, my PSP is a white Slim, and the only one I've ever owned.

I bet you would like this game

It is a very challenging 2D Platformer with excellent humor and amazing Soundtrack.
My favourite PSP game. You should try it on Emulator.

Hm, seems like this thread has been hijacked into a PSP thread.
Either ways, I don't think I have any Eastern games on my PSP, all of them are Western.

Shall we create PSP topic Master?
Also, Eastern PSP games are much beter in my opinion then Western PSP games. And it's not only me who thinks that. Most of PSP fans I know do.
