While I am not the best person at giving love advices, I can just agree with what MrBadGuy said. Get to know her. Who knows? You mentioned she is alone so maybe she is shy and similar to you. It can't hurt if you try it I guess.

I tried to build up a conversation with her, from asking her for help, looking something up on the internet. One came to another, and turned out she also was keeping an eye on me... Anyways, I am going to meet her later this day
