I think Raymanzone used that image too, and the results were terrible.

It's because the edges around her are awkward and hard to crop and stuff.

Do they have to have a transparent background?, all of the Ranks that I see are Opaque.

Yeah they do. Hunch might want to redo the look of PC in the future.

It won't change for some time, but yes, this will need to be taken into consideration. Some of the current ranks also don't have transparent corners...
