Problem with Scotland is that there is a character for it in both genders, with every hair colour possible.

But places like London and NYC are quite different to their respective countries, so once HH has got his act together and made a good family tree for Arthur (as well as India and Brazil, at the very least... ) < would love to see some big cities popping up. And they should all be female. Because there isn't enough yuri in Hetalia. Nor are there enough women. *hmph*
