Heck, sure it's bad compared to games of today but give it a break. It had some of the best graphics in its time. Plus a DS's hardware is not like a hardcore gamer's computer. It's going to be quite a while before handhelds can produce Crysis 2 quality.

I don't know...
I've heard rumours that Bethesda might put Skyrim on the Vita.
Of course, rumours are rumours, so their validity is definitely in question, but imagine if the Vita could handle it.

Okay, so I just skimmed through it quickly, but I immediately switched off when you said "and everything is here but the graphics are terrible". Nothing that major I guess, but I just tend to get really annoyed whenever anyone says how bad (or good) the graphics are in a game. As soon as anyone says that in a video/review or anything I immediately lose interest in said video.
Though it's kinda Pot calling the Kettle black there because I went on at least twice during my RO LP about how good it looks...
I don't think many people appreciate hardware versus software. Of course it looks like bullshit compared to today's standards, but on a handheld in 2005, that was simply amazing. RAPS2, please understand this. What I can understand is that he might be autistic, which would explain things... like everything.
I actually owned RDS, it was the third game I got for the handheld, I was confused about the lack of a HUD world (I own Revolution rather than The Great Escape

), but I traded it to a French kid for a copy of MKDS (For some reason he had two copies of the game, don't ask why.)
Funny you should mention Autism actually, I was diagnosed with the milder version of the disorder (Aspergers for anyone who doesn't know).

I think I might be the only non-autistic person on this site...

Razorbeard has awesome music. I prolonged the first phase for the music when fighting him.

Aspergers? I guess we have something in common there.

I quit the beta R2 level. Can I still get to it or do I have to beat the Crow's Neast again?

You'll have to beat the Crow's Nest again.

Thou shalt not knock the works of Stanley Kubrick or thy head should be cleansed with holy fire... and a monolith.

Also, in this reasoning, the powder keg is a main character because Rayman 'rides' on it.

Shroobie, that wasn't me who said that, that was Mammothphant:

Indeed, Sssam feels more like a true friend, while Carmen is merely a convenient acquintance (or, in Rayman Revolution, a friendly whale, but still not a true friend like Sssam).
I disagree with you. Carmen is a true friend (at least in my opinion).
Theres one loading animation in which Rayman rides her. What also makes her impressive is that shes actually the biggest GOOD character in the series. One reason why i hate the pirates is that they wanted to oil the engines of the Buccaneer, using Carmens blubber. Those cruel, heartless bean cans
I agree that her being there does give an example of the Pirates' evil, but in honesty, I just couldn't find much of a connection to the character, whilst you've pointed out her significance in terms of size and the fact she appears in a loading screen, she just comes across to me as being a larger, gameplay segment inducing device. She doesn't exhibit much personality, and the objective to rescue her appears from nowhere in the original versions, and a player who does not backtrack in the game would not hear from her again.
Like I said previously, Sssam does also falter here as well, and likewise, whilst he does show some personality, I don't feel very connected to him either.

If no one else likes Carmen except for me, thats actually good thing.
YEAH!!! Im the biggest Carmen fan in the community!
By the way, you were talking about diagnoses. In my opinion the one who created those diagnoses is dumb as hell. Its not right to put people in classes because of some characteritics. These classes give more reason for the fu**ing bullies to bully these people (I hate bullying and teasing and the people who do it). Let the people with some different characteritics be themselfs. What the hell the world would be like if there was a diagnose for every characteritics. Like people who get angry easily would be angrybergers or people who are very smart would be smartbergers or people who love ice cream would be ice creambergers. THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!! Every one has their own special characteritics, so let them be what they are.
But one diagnose would be good actually. A diagnose for teasers and bullies. The bullying and teasing is very good reason to give a "dumbass badge".

Yeah, what were those stupid scientists, doctors and psychiatrists thinking? How dare they diagnose disorders so that those who suffer from them can get help.

Autism isn’t a ‘characteristic’; it’s a serious developmental disorder. Putting it on the same level as anger, high intelligence and a taste for ice cream is what ‘MAKES NO SENSE!!!’ It sounds like some kids at school were mean to you, and you’ve convinced yourself that the ‘label’ of autism – not the condition itself – is the reason for your being targeted. Of course, the act of categorisation did not change your essential nature or behaviour – they would soon have realised that you were different, even if you had tried to hide it, or if you had not been aware of it yourself.
