My first computer had Windows 98, but that was outdated at the time and I had no internet. I used to just play Solitaire and mess with MS Paint.

I recently started up Windows 3.1 inside Dosbox. I ended up playing Minesweeper on it!

Oh wow, and yeah I remember Minesweeper.

I think there's a version of it built into the Aptitude package manager on deb-based systems too!

I also remember that pinball game on Windows XP, it even seems to work with Wine!

I loved that so much. I'll have to see if I can get it going again, it must be hiding somewhere on one of my hard drives…

Yeah it seemed to run without issues on Wine too, I just tried a copy of it myself one day and it ran perfectly fine.

My first computer had Windows 95 but no internet, I had to wait for quite some time for that!

I was quite late in getting my first PC also, I think it was around 2003, yet it still had Windows 98.

I remember having this game too at some point! Though I sucked bad at it.

My first PC I used was when I was around 4, and it was my aunt's using 2000 I think. My first computer my family owned was 95 a year or so later.

I was never really any good at Minesweeper either, I used to just play Solitaire on my first one a lot.

We had those really cool Microsoft Home educative CDs so that's what kept me busy until we had Internet access (along with Rayman, of course).

I remember the computers used to have Solitaire, FreeCell, Minesweeper, and Pinball (the space one was cool)

Yeah those are the ones I remember, I loved that pinball game.

I wish I could play that game again. But I don't get anything earlier than Win8 anymore....

Now you mention it, I remember playing some Pinball too.

I do remember that even the school computers had that game and I played it a lot.
