You have to remember, I held a 70 ppd for almost 3 months I think it was. Not including the time it took to get below that after I left. I think I can safely say that I was one of the most active members on this forum ever.

It will asymptotically tend to a certain number if you keep the same rate, but less than 70

Just look at the curve: it tends to a certain value. The asymptote is the corresponding line.
