I don't think we should call the species “Globox” either. “Globox's species” is the best option in the absence of a name.

Globox the Globox…
It reminds me the Mario games, where we meet Toad the Toad and Yoshi the Yoshi. :)

If you don't want to call them glutes why not something like shamans or something that involves dancing. mainly of the rain vairty.

I'd personally try to not veer into fan-terming here, we need to stay on the path of authenticity, methinks.

Exactly, we're not here to make up stuff. RayWiki's an encyclopedia, not a fan fiction.

A global announcement, dear Geek, 'tis Global. You'll see it in all the forums, there is no escape...
Still, seeing as you've been helping out in the French Wiki, why not give your input for the matter at hand?

it seems to me that he may not be a glute after all. the only evidence I can find that suggests he could be is when Bubble Dreamer calls him "the biggest glute in the glade," but that could still be a mock title since globox's description in origins greatly resembles the glute description, minus being a bird.

It could be a reference to his butt (just look how the crushes the floor in Origins).

its for clarification in the raywiki; if we deduce that globox is indeed not a glute, it will mean fixing all "glute" related articles.

Maybe we should create a poll on that thread, to choose the new name of Globox's species (Globox or Globox's species)

Thats a good idea. Who agrees?

That's an absolutely retarded idea. Globox is the name of the character, why would that be the name of his species? That's like deciding to call their species 'Uglette'. We don't know the name of their species, so they will be referred to as Globox's species.

I didn't insult you, I insulted the idea. I've had retarded ideas in the past too. :mryellow:

Does anyone else think that a RayWiki Uncyclopedia would be brilliant? It could be entirely based off a mix of overused fanon, satire and misinterpretations (such as stating that Origins is the first in the series, that the two Magicians are different characters, and that Rayman was castrated by poo-pirates, being relatives of the robo-pirates of course).

In retrospect... Yeah, it wasn’t a good idea... I don’t understand how it came to my mind...
Arf... Yesterday, I was going through a bad patch... Maybe it’s because of that... :?

I like that idea :)
