I found that secret room but I didn't combo the Hoodblaster with the yellow gems. My total score is: 89,075.

It's not essential to combo the secret room in order to reach the maximum score in TOTL. It's just nice to have these extra points for later.
Try to see if you can get 55.500 - 56.000 points after part 1. That should be your first goal.

I think I have covered TOTL part 1,2 and 3 with videos, so there's something to work on.
Just ask if some combo gives you trouble. And good luck with the game.

I am still at the 706k. Trying to get the big Hoodlum combo at part 1 of TOTL by getting up on the platform to get the Lockjaw.
