There are thousands of files in which a small change can turn PC into a bunch of blank screens, and the problem consists in finding which one is corrupted. We have to track the glitch and it can take hours.
Moreover, the fact that something is not working does not always mean there is a corrupted file on the server. It can be a problem with our hoster, a misconfiguration, or many other reasons.
This is why everytime there is a bug, we are doing our best to fix it, but if it was possible to repair all glitches the same way, trust me, we wouldn't have waited for you to tell us about it.
I feel sorry about the inconvenience, but really, you should be happy to have admins who can deal with such a problem in one day, despite the fact they are busy with many other things.

I wouldn't be able to fix the problems that you encounter here. It sounds like some really advanced stuff.
