You're kidding right? I would finish banned due to problems of communication.

What's ironical is that I had French classes before, during 3 followed years between the year 2004 and 2007. I had good marks, I could fairly read the texts and understanding the essencial of the content, now my biggest problem is the vocabullary and the phrasic construction. I also hadn't reasons to effort in the subject, but nowadays I have.

Well then it's not too late, practice is all that is needed.
