Suddenly this warm feelings gets into my stomach as I wonder if I'm doing the wrong thing.
Uhm, this is what folder I've been looking at. The bottom file is my replacement. There is no .bak or .ini...

I don't have the GoG version of Rayman 3, however, I'm assuming the ubi.ini file is inside the Rayman 3 directory, no?
I do have the GoG Rayman 2, however, so I don't know if this'll get you where I did, but try going to:
C:\Users\UserNameHere\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\GOG.com\Rayman 3
And see if you can change the ubi.ini there.
Oh yeah, I didn't think of that. GoG and it's VirtualPath

On mine 'tis VirtualStore, that's a copy paste from my PC, what OS are you on?

Well, fuck it. I'm done trying. I'll just wait until I can pop my GameCube disc in.

Why not try the retail disc until you have access?

The TnL problem is apparent on retail copies as well as the GoG version.

ok. understood. I want to create a fix to this problem.
EDIT1: I installed GoGs version now and I got the same problem. That would make me easier to create the fix. GoG really has made something wrong!

Again, the issue is apparent in the retail copy too, the issue therein lies with the original software, not any additions.

Nono, I don't have problems with the retail at all, but the just installed GoG's version. Anyway. Here's a easy fix:
Rayman3Fix.exe - DropBox
Just launch the program, click Apply Fix and enjoy Rayman 3 ;D

Odd, I've had that problem with the retail copy.
This is a very curious case indeed, but, either way, the problem's solved now.

Five years ago I went to a theme park and they had a Voodoo Lady who claimed she could see the future and she told me I will get AIDS.

I reached The Bog of Murk area last night before going to bed, in Rayman 3. The music in this entire game has been great to listen to again.

I like Rayman 3's music, but not as much as Rayman 2's or Rayman Arena's. However, I must admit I LOVE that presto violin thing that plays when you fight Bégoniax. However I think that was not present in the PC version?

Indeed, Rulez, we were just discussing back in the "Games you are playing thread," it can only be found in the PS2 version, but, it was ripped and is on RayTunes.

Aye, good. I even remember playing it on PC and the music was the same one that played when you first enter Bégoniax's house, while on PS2 it was the awesome violin shit. I kinda like the sound of a violin, but moreso a viola.
