So if you work them 5 hours a day, days a week, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year and 100 years a century, let's make some simple calculations

5x£5.39=£26.95
5x£26.95=£134.75/week
£134.75x4=£539/month
£539x12=£6468/year
100x£6468=646800/century!

so < basically sees a way to earn more than 645000 pounds. It is: 'Work 5 hours a day for a century and don't eat anything'

Don't work with 4 weeks a month, because on average a month has ABOUT four weeks. Just calculate five a day, and a year has 365,25 days.

Actually February has 28, and once every four years 29 (which is why the average amount of days a year has is 365,25).

Oh well, I'll stick to my average.

The average amount of weeks a month is rather easy to calculate, you should first calculate how many weeks an average year has, which is 365,25 / 7 = 52,18. Then the amount of weeks divided by the amount of months, and you have the amount of weeks a month. 52,18 / 12 = 4,35 weeks.
0,35 week = 0,35 x 7 = 2,25 days. So a month has 4 weeks and 2,25 days on average. Not a bad estimate.
