Been there done that, just tryna do the best I can. There's only so much therapy can do, some of it relies on you acting on the advisement.

Funny, we're discussing zoom with my therapist because otherwise we can't see each other once I move out, even though it's only 30km away.

Oh, that sucks. Therapy sounds good ‘till you hear awful stories about therapists

I suppose 30 kms can be a substantial distance if it's a daily or weekly thing.

It's 30kms away, but it would require getting half days off everytime to meet her schedule. That's the issue.

Funny thing is that I'm going to miss quite a few hours of Record Day by going to therapy today. Though I'm at least in a good mood today, unlike my last visit. Was very...muted feeling on my first visit but I liked the person and the place that I'm going to, so it wasn't hard for me to discuss things once I got comfortable in discomfort...which is surprisingly easy for me to do.
No idea when I'll have to take my leave, but the visit's at 11 AM, so probably in the next hour or so.

1,54€/liter.
Steep if you compare to before 2018, but we're used to it now and it's still not as outrageous as the post covid where it was almost 2€/liter
