And now back to something relevant.
I've always been curious asto how Rayman 2 would work with Rayman 3s combat system.
And with a whole lot more pirates.

Exactly. This is also what I've been liking about playing Revolution - the amount of Pirates during an ambush is so different and the types of Pirate are so varied that it adds a whole new dimension to how I fight them. I try to get the cannonballers to shoot each other and kill the others with the crossfire they create themselves, for example. It's something I'll be paying close attention to when I make my own game, how the combat changes not only per Pirate, but also per environment.

And it's nice to have the variety, Red Henches with homing missiles allow for more creative fights instead of the usual charge sphere of death.

Yeah, I guess, but I didn't like the homing rockets at all. First of all, they were ugly as fuck. I mean, what the hell? Dogs with sunglasses on?! Then they made that awful deafening sound that my ears couldn't stand. And then the missile's tracking was so erratic they may have just put a randomiser on its trajectory and sent it off in any old direction. If the missiles had been proper homing missiles, or perhaps homing laserballs (like I have planned myself) that would be a lot better.
But to come back to what you said, your point is valid.

Those rockets in PS1 look more like sharks than dogs, I can ensure.

I believe I made a "Goggle Fish" comparison there, Haruka.
In Revolution, they looked more like missiles though, perhaps it's just because I was older when I played Revolution than I was the PS1 version that I see it this way.

Shrooblord evolved into... Rulez?
Anyway, Revolution probably passes as my favourite version because of the new dimensions it adds to the gameplay. I obviously grew up with the original, so Revolution is purely an enhancement based off of what I already know. The added detail is great, and the dynamic shading is beautiful. As for the combat like mentioned above, it makes everything more interesting. Now exponentionalise that by adding in upgradeable powers. That's a lot of fun!

I'm choking on Nutella right now.
But thank you Shroobie as I always thought something was wrong with those homo rockets. I wasn't sure what that was (they surely annoyed me with their homing skills). Now I realise that it were their fucked up faces. Shroobie, please accept the one Ting that I give you. It's a representation of the one fuck that I give.

Allow me to enlighten you, we were talking about homing rockets, they only appear in PS1 and PS2 Rayman 2 versions, someone noted that their design looked like a dog with glasses.

I wasn't intending an impersonal reference to anyone, I was just saying that one of us noted the similarity, not trying to single out anyone or such.
I actually forgot who made that comparison when I made that post.

I downloaded the iOs app and it was nice if you don't count that it was so hard to jump to the baby globoxes.
Is it true that there's end of the game missing in the iOs version?

How come Rayman Revolution has way more piartes to fight in the game instead of the PS1 and PC version?

It has more "Piartes" to fight with due to the designers making it that way.

For answering the question or for not pointing out the mistake?

That's called "remake".
Rayman Revolution can be considered an "alternative" Rayman 2 if you like exploring and a bigger longevity in videogames.
