Innocent I guess. While I do value my friends and generally like to help out others when I can, and generally like getting along with them, I wouldn't go out of my way to please others if it came to the expense of my own well being, especially not unless I knew them really well. Some people tend to take advantage of others when they realise they would do absolutely anything for them, so I would definitely be careful who I devote my time to. This of course doesn't mean having to be mean, it just means being cautious so others don't take advantage of a nice person. I know the phrase says "treat others how you would like to be treated", but that only goes so far, because not everyone is nice unfortunately. That's why I also like "what you see is what you get", since that way you know a potato is a potato etc.
Ever planned to do something for the day, but then got completely sidetracked and spent the day doing something else without realising how much time has passed?

Guilty, so much. I planned to apply for some things this week but ended up defaulting to playing games and/or watching videos on YT that I've wanted to watch for awhile. So, while my sleep cycle is good, my routine needs work, clearly.
Donated blood before?

Innocent. I happily would tho

Guilty, but everyone does from time to time... unless they've always missed the realisation stage, to which I salute their... steadfastness?
Ever damaged or broken something in anger, or some other extreme emotion?
(I'll actually answer it myself too, twice. Once when I was 14 and this one mission in Far Cry 2 somehow got under my skin so much I threw by headpones on the floor, damaging them by accident, and another time only a year and a half ago, someone said something so hurtful to me I smashed the glass I was drinking from on the floor and ran away crying)

Innocent, but I can tell a story though. When my friend was in year 4 he snapped his iPad in half because he raged on Roblox
Ever had something important go up the hoover?

Guilty a few times. Can’t really remember the details unfortunately, but that’s probably for the better
Ever quoted only part of a post by highlighting part of it with the mouse and
then hitting the quote button? Nifty little feature phpBB has. I just used it for the above quote.

Have you ever had a dream where you're back in your old school but it's sort of warped and not as it appeared in real life? Asking so I know if anyone else has experienced this
100% guilty. Usually also involves my not having my schoolbag with me / not having my homework done / not knowing my timetable – and then I realize I'm grown up and I have a job now, so who cares
Hoodcom wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2024 4:04 pm
Guilty, I've seen people in my dreams that have passed away. Even my cat I grew up with who has passed away. So they very well have shown up for me, at least the people and pets I was closest to.
Me too… I've dreamed about both grandparents and cats (though not in the same dream…)

Had a close call back in 2017 when my laptop was being so annoying that I landed my fist down on the nearest surface… which happened to be the laptop itself, probably right above the hard drive!

I think the screen flashed some random garbage colours for a split-second then just froze as it had been before I hit it. Luckily, it worked again after a simple power-cycle
Actually also in 2017, at work, Excel was annoying me (as usual) and whatever way I threw my hands out to the sides, I knocked my company-branded mug on the floor and it smashed

Yup, did it for this!
On the same topic: ever used the Expand option on the post review so you can scroll through old posts to quote without having to deal with an annoying little frame?

Guilty, it helps a lot. I remember it took me some days to discover that.

Innocent. It’d be weird being in that situation tho
Ever made a risky lie?

Guilty, many times. I'd never do it to hurt someone though, just usually to avoid issues with people who clearly don't have good intentions.

Sigh, guilty here too. In 2022 my boyfriend had a hives attack in the middle of the night when we were tipsy, his eyes and face swoll up, it was pretty scary. I tried to drive to the 7-11 that was just down the road to get him Benadryl, but for some reason there was a police checkpoint set up right around the corner and I got trapped. They asked if I'd been drinking and I said no because I was in a panic, then told them my situation. They still tested me and I lost my license briefly, but they were very understanding and kind.
Ever intentionally or unintentionally shoplifted? (I have unintentionally a couple times when I forgot I was carrying something.)

Innocent. I am way too anxious to forget.

I do have a story though of friends who intentionally shoplifted in my company.
In 2019 I remember we went to go hang out and get some shopping errands done with a couple of "friends". While we were checking out and paying for our stuff and leaving, they pulled the notorious "accidentally forgot" to scan a few things in the self-checkout, and they didn't tell us until we were out in the lot walking back to the car. I was pissed. To this day I'm amazed we didn't get pulled over or anything for that. I can't remember what it was exactly that they took, but they weren't cheap little tiny items, one of them was a small pet tank. As they took us home, I remember kind of getting on their asses for that. We tried telling them that wasn't cool and that they can't just do that, but they seemed oblivious and uncaring and the notion went right over their heads.
Needless to say, we don't hang out anymore.
Ever had to call 911 (or whatever emergency number you use) because you witnessed something?

Innocent, I feel like once people start wearing glasses, they look a bit weird without them. I got 20/16 vision though.

Guilty. When I was 11 and didn’t really know what sexuality was so I thought I was trans when my MBs got bigger
Ever regretted a thought?

Guilty, a few times... a car accident once, someone having a stroke and falling on the sidewalk, and a shooting. The first two were relatively minor, the latter was a murder in front of my friend's apartment and I wound up on TV briefly as a witness.
Guilty. I don't absolutely need them all the time, but it's very annoying to do a lot of stuff without them since I need to be within like 5 inches of my screen to read anything. Phones are fine though because I can just hold them closer.
Ithasmore wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 2:36 amHas tried gambling and lost money?
Of all the things I've tried... innocent thankfully, that's a path I really don't want to ever go down.
Unless you count crypto? When Bitcoin just came out in 2013, I thought I deposited 300 dollars in a machine. I checked back like 6 years later after completely forgetting about it after its value had absolutely skyrocketed. I almost lost it when I realised I should have like 40 thousand dollars sitting in there... and then I realised I'd only deposited 30 cents initially by accident, because I only had like 40 bucks to withdraw >.>
Greengoop wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 8:29 amLikes school food? (Don’t see me as insane guys)
Guilty. My school cafeteria actually served pretty good food. It wasn't free though
DaveRattlehead wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 10:07 amEver doubted of your sexuality?
I don't know if doubted is the right word... I kind of never really had any hard set thoughts about my sexuality that were set in stone to doubt, even though what I'm attracted to shifts around here and there... so I'll say innocent. I think I'm physically attracted to both sides, but only really emotionally attracted to men.
Greengoop wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 4:56 pmEver regretted a thought?
Is there anyone who's never had an intrusive thought lol? Guilty. The ones I really feel bad about are hateful/angry ones, because they feel like the opposite of who I am inside.
Even been knocked or fallen unconscious?

Not sure what do you mean by "phase". I'll say guilty, because there were some years that I was constantly thinking about ideas for writing.
