Huh. Normally in restaurants the water you get has a lemon in it by default, even if you don't want it. It's called just water though, not lemonade

Actually I got the boxset too back in 2012 and couldn't understand why they hadn't bothered to release the last few seasons. But then they did it in early 2013 and I was exstatic
