Rendered Frame Button C:
Do you mean the whole thing or just the flower? It'd be nice to see the full model used. It's originally from Rayman 3.

The whole model, silly. Did you remake that, or is it ripped from Rayman 3?
Also, I managed to export Rayman's full character model into the engine! Does he look about the right size?
Does anyone remember his exact measurements?

Haha, I should have known. Of course you can use it. And I modeled it myself. Also made the texture myself. I'll send you them when I get home.

Snip
Snippy
Does anyone remember his exact measurements?
I think he measures from the human pelvis up to the waist (corrected, I think the waist), so right now he's way too big.
Globox is about a human's length (if not a few inches taller) to my belief. Rayman is about half Globox' length.

I think Rayman should look a little shorter. I imagine that Rayman must be around 1,35m of height.

I dunno. 135 centimeters sounds high for him. 1m sounds more like it. Maybe it'd be easier if we use Ly as the average human height model. We should grab a screenshot of her, then place her next to the human model.
Edit: Rayfan, I've sent you the plant model. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do cause I somehow really enjoy creating all this fauna in 3DS Max.

I think this game should have some funny song more origins-like like this one:
Maybe would fit a forest level That song is too awesome.Something like this could fit some level like jumping over obstacles to clib a river or something

The statue is 1,80m so I think this can help.

That woman is taller than me. ;-;
And Rayman's proportions look like they're about the right size. In this image he should reach the waist again. So I think this is what Rayfan should aim for.
I always imagined him a bit smaller. Must be the games. Rayman always looks tiny compared to Ly in the races, but it could be that she's taller than the average human. She's a fairy after all. Not the same species.
(His hands, hot damn they're huge. He could crush her head with just one of his hands. That's just scary.)

I've decided I'm keeping him as-is, but making everybody else larger. It's easier to visualize and build that way.
Also, I've successfully gotten all of Rayman's body parts (except for the head) to function as ragdolls. The head is a different case though, since it has morphs, different physics, etc. Soon I can start animating!

Well, she's a tall woman. Six feet in non-metric terms.

Interesting how you decide to do it that way. Can we see how he measures against the human again when you've finished that?

Does that mean if you dropped him he can make logic defying poses?

Well, sure I suppose.

Ahah, if he glitches, then maybe. However, in over four years, I've only ever seen a CryEngine ragdoll glitch twice.

Most Assassin's creed ragdoll animations make the model show up with the weirdest poses. At least for me. Most of the time it includes legs or arms bent in ways that's normally impossible! xD

Rayfan I've started chapter 6 but I'm not exactly sure how to proceed. Do you have any thoughts or ideas on a story for Music Mountain? Here is what I have so far.
Chapter 6 Rolling Hills
As time past Rayman saw more oversized musical instruments, he new he was getting close to Music Mountain. Rayman didn't see that many Graveslaves, but he was met by new obstacles, the landscape was now more complicated than it was in Windmill Hills, there were also odd note like creatures that Rayman had to avoid. As Rayman traveled farther east these notes had appeared more ofted and the landscape was getting even more complicated. After hours of traveling Rayman felt very close to the source of the instruments. Every now and then Rayman saw a giant clarinet in the distance, it looked much bigger than the other giant clarinets that were all over the place. After another hour of going east Rayman found himself right in front of that clarinet "Whoa, that is big. I wonder if this is important in getting across Penumbra Ocean." Rayman climbed inside the clarinet through one of the holes, once inside Rayman felt some kind of force pulling him upward, entually the force lifted him off the ground "what in the world is happening!?" Rayman started to panic. Slowly the force pulled him up through the clarinet, Rayman tried to fight it but the higher he got the faster he flew upward. Rayman shot out of the clarinet and into the sky, he landed on a drum that seemed to be floating in mid air. Rayman stood up and looked toward the east and what he saw wasn't what he had expected. "Wow. This place is amazing," thousands of musical instrument covered the ground sucj as pianos, drums, clarinets, violins, tamberines, and miracas, above them drums, clarinets, and simbles floated in the air, horns stuck out of the ground, and staffs covered in musical notes floated all around the area "Band Land is nothing compared to this," Rayman said to himself.

I corrected some things. Please,I'd like you do be carefulw ith grammar in the book.I hope I wasn't very pointy, but those corrections make it easier to understand imo.Not a native speaker,so maybe someone else has more corrections for you or for me.Not trying to be rude, just trying to help.I hope this helped.
