And hetakiku is something < conjured up on the spot. Hetalia means 'stupid Italy' (hetare+itaria), so hetakiku means 'stupid Kiku'... and seeing as Kiku has idiot hair in his Pokemon form... yeah.
Also, una pregunta más. Would you happen to know of any good universities in the Netherlands? < is a-searchin' for cheapness yet awesomeness.
< doesn't know anything about cheapness, but nearly all universities in NL are good. The majority of the subjects are in English too ^^

That's great, as long as they're under £3k a year.
<'s given up hope of reading anything in England, so she's looking for somewhere nearby-ish. Ech, got another year before considering.

Well, the career < wants won't ever pay much, so she'll never pay back the 27k. And < hates not paying back debt - she feels like a scrounge.
Besides, who wouldn't want to visit Holland? It has WINDMILLS.
Uni in France may be free, but it's French.
