Aha?

That's a magazine released in France- the CD is probably just the game.
The figure included is a kind of soft plastic, painted. Only semi-rare these days since it appears every so often on eBay France and has even been found in Australia.

EDITED because I was using my phone to make that last message. :'D

I'm actually surprised that the seller ended it for the 25,00€, I think it could reach higher.

Wow, emshomar!

I've seen this collector's edition a couple of times on the French eBay, but you are quite lucky to have found it sealed! Was it expensive?

I always thought this edition was bringing a R3 artbook but apparently not. It is a nice collectible anyway. ;)

Oh my god, 30,00€ is still a lot, but I must agree that for a sealed copy it is kinda worth it. I also noticed in the back of your box that it is written in French.

In the back is written in French and German. Take a look at the bottom.

Pity they are asking a lot for the sealed game, though.

So did anyone here end up winning that Rayman grimace face figure? Pretty unreal what it went for. Just a little under $250!

I don't think it was anybody in the forum but I did see it get almost sold by 200€. Does this means my statue is worth at least 200€? It is really shocking.

eBay has been pretty dry lately, but here's 2 Japanese finds for anyone interested:
Rayman 1: Saturn http://www.ebay.com/itm/SEGA-SATURN-RAY ... 232952e4a2
Rayman 2: Dreamcast http://www.ebay.ca/itm/RAYMAN-RAY-MAN-t ... 676wt_1163

Well if another one is to be put up for sale, it shouldn't be anytime soon otherwise it'll just hurt the value and it'll go for less cause then people will just think "Oh if I miss this one, another one should appear soon enough". But, I wouldn't mind that at all. :P

I don't know if this interests anybody here but I found a portuguese seller out of eBay selling sealed copies of Rayman 1 and Rayman Rush for 17€ each. (Both black-labled and not platinum, PAL region)

I got my Robo-Pirate toy in the mail today. I am very impressed with it! I didn't realize it would have some articulation. It definitely made me a bit greedy though cause I felt a bit disappointed when I found out that his feet are not articulated but this is definitely a great toy! This might be my favourite toy from the set but then again, the Rayman on Plum toy is another big favourite of mine so it's difficult to choose.

Indeed, the toy can move the hook, rotate the arm joints in vertical, and rotating the belt in horizontal. If your toy still works, by pressing the back a couple of times will trigger sparks in his chest.

Yep, that works but it's sorta of difficult to get the spark going. Probably because the button isn't very ergonomic if that's the right word. I used to have a toy gun which I'd go crazy pressing the button so the sparks would keep "sparking" and "sparking". The way this is, it feels like it's gonna tire out a finger of mine. :P

Argh, looks like the full McDonalds set was listed up for sale on a French website a week ago & I didn't realize it until yesterday. Unfortunatley the seller has informed me that the set has been sold. :( That Pirate cage would finally been mine..

On a brighter note, my Rayman riding the Rabbid toy came in. Sadly it had a rough ride despite being well packed and two small pieces of his hair broke off. This is definitely a delicate object. I'm going to need to find a case to keep it in or something. But yeah, I'm going to have to see if I can modify it a bit now.
