Haha, really? I had read about their nutritional value (as long as the toxic seeds are removed!), but I hadn't realized that this was another established use for them!

That's the good thing about distillation, it takes cares of the poisonous stuff for you. Although you could argue that it replaces it with another one.

Same thing for elderberry, good stuff as well.
