He only lives in France. Living in France does not make you French just how Hunch is not British despite living in London.
Heck, for example I live in one country and I have nothing to do with the people around me and am completely different nationality.

Hmm... what am I then? I was born here in Germany and grew up with an iraqi family who fleed out of Iraq mostly because US Army there started terrorising people. My parents somehow still managed to adquire german citizenship and so do I cuz I was born here. I was educated in german schools and so on... Everytime I go to any Arab state they don't consider me to be an arab however many germans here see me as as an extraordinary german. All the time I didn't really care what I am. I live how I want to live and I follow my own principles. All the time I just stated I am German because I have a German citizenship, but if I am not a German so what am I?

You are what you want to be. Since you have German citizenship and you consider yourself German, you definitely are one.
I of course don't know about Got4n's citizenship but maybe he and his parents do not have French citizenship or they have both French and Arabic and they choose to consider themselves Arabs because they want to. Perhaps their dynasty is Arabian but I am just guessing here, Got4n is the only one who can fully explain.

@Haruka Next to me on the left is a door which is where the light comes from. It was early evening/about to rain when I took the photo. (With a webcam because I couldn't be bothered to decently just take a selfie with a smartphone or something) And the room behind me the kitchen, is lighted by lamps.

The random picture has a surprisingly good composition, looking at the light-dark and colour contrasts.
