I don't imagine Rabbids Kart to be a very spectacular game.OldClassicGamer wrote:There was also one Rabbids Kart game. I wish it came on home consoles.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
When he says Rabbids Kart, does he refer to Rayman Kart for mobile?
I played it, it was ok, but nothing really spectacular, just an average MK clone.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Probably. It was long time ago so I don't remember title. I just remember it had Rabbids and it was Karting game. And yes it was for symbian.
BTW Guys, today, Japanese Gex 1 arrived, Anyone interested in ISO?

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I honestly think that put RJR and R3 (N-GAGE) aside, Rayman Kart is the best mobile game available.
Now the Rayman 3 HD VS Rayman DS is a debatable thing. At least RDS doesn't freeze in the near end of the game, but I think it is graphically worse than R3HD despite of the odd glitches happening in the R3 port. The truth is that before I managed to reach Reflux and André, I had to restart the Armaguiddon level for two times.
I don't complain about the graphics or the animation, but the gameplay itself. It looks too similar to a certain blue mammal and I didn't like that a lot.Adsolution wrote:I just watched about half of the video, but I honestly don't see what's so bad about it. For a low-grade mobile game, it actually looks quite good to me. The animation and gameplay look very smooth from what I can see, and the level design is also quite nice.
Besides, Rayman 3 HD is far worse than Rayman DS, are we in agreement there?

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Was that ever fixed in some patch maybe on PSN and XBLA?
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Not at all. The only thing I saw that it was done, was 50% price cut to the game.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Sounds like I'm better off sticking to my GameCube and PC Version of Rayman 3.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
Best version is PS2 version since it got alternative Begoniax soundtrack.

Ah yes, I remember, during the Begoniax boss, instead of just playing her in house theme, it played a very whimsical boss-like theme.

The above is the entire thing, different sections would play depending on which stage of the fight you were in.

Interesting difference, thanks for sharing.
Maybe I could get the PS2 version sometime, just to have.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
All Rayman games are best to have on PlayStation consoles exept for Rayman Raving Rabbids 1. I prefer Xbox 360 because of HD graphics and no PS3 version exist.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Hmm, well, I wouldn't agree with that 100%, while I'll admit that Rayman seems to have had quite the presence on Playstation consoles, I wouldn't say each Rayman release has had a definite version on a PS console.
Rayman 1, yeah...I'll agree there, it probably is best.
Rayman 2, depends whether or not you prefer a classic blend or more outlandish blend, it's either the Dreamcast or PS2 version.
Rayman 3, no, I don't think so, one exclusive soundtrack does not a definitive version make, and all things considered, I'd say the GCN version, with its connectivity to the GBA version, extra minigames, and of course, the only version where we've seen 2D Nightmare ever been accessed (albeit through cheats), I'd say it beats the PS2 version fair and square.
Origins, well, there's no difference between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, really, so it's pretty much a draw.
Legends, again, a draw between the Vita and Wii U.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I think both the Jaguar and PSOne version of Rayman 1 are great to have, for their most noticeable differences, as well as Rayman 2 for the PSOne and Dreamcast.
At least from a fan of the series and a collector's point of view.

There is no legit way, as far as we're aware of, however, the cheat codes to access 2D Nightmare were released, there's a link to them in the Pirate Community Documentary.

So basically enter them in Action Replay code list and go?Master wrote:There is no legit way, as far as we're aware of, however, the cheat codes to access 2D Nightmare were released, there's a link to them in the Pirate Community Documentary.
Guess I better take a look at the Documentary and see.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
How come there is no legit way? What was the point of having mini game coded in NGC version then?Master wrote:There is no legit way, as far as we're aware of, however, the cheat codes to access 2D Nightmare were released, there's a link to them in the Pirate Community Documentary.
Anyone asked UbiSoft ever about it?

I believe it was one of the questions for the Michel Ancel review that never happened.OldClassicGamer wrote:How come there is no legit way?
