Certainly. It's so much easier with musical background, and it's easy to learn all the techniques.

That's the easiest for beginners. A is my favourite key now.

Isn't C the hardest key to play things in on guitar?

There really isn't a truly difficult key. C would be considered harder for beginners, though. Stick to E and A, possibly G if you're brave.
