I can't get dark Globox on my version

I and Henchman too

But when we'll have Rayman Arena on GameCube, we'll have Dark Globox and others...

I think you can get bad rayman on it as well, but on a different version.

What do you have to do to unlock him?

Oh, beat the Beginner and Pro challenges, and you will unlock Master. Here you fight with Dark Rayman, finish 1 lap races (all 12) at first place, then Time Attack, be at the checkpoint quickier than Dark Rayman (3 seconds, and it needs to be at all tracks), then Total Fight, win all battles (12 arenas) and Lum Spring, the hardest (all 12 arenas), and if you lose ONE of them, you will start again from beggining... and if you win all, you will get a skin for Rayman, Dark Rayman.

Does Dark Rayman have any special powers?

He is normal skin for Rayman He hasn't special powers xD

Nope, same as others. It's just a skin for Rayman, but he is extremely hard as opponent.
