Yeah, Shroobs come from the game Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Very worth checking out, very worth. But, for if you don't, have another taster:

They were also a fun hidden boss in Bowser's Inside Story too, the M&L series is quite nice indeed.

I've never played the game, but I did know that. I think the devs recognised the joy it would bring the fans to see them again. ;D
