For the first time I have to agree with spiral, if an idea doesn't fit with your personal taste, it doesn't mean it's bad and it can't happen. Sure, what I said was purely speculation, it's not set in stone, but still it can happen. Mr. Dark is the boss of the original game, so it could simply happen that in origins we see his... well... origin. That little appearence of Mr. Dark at the end of the trailer could be anything. It's just our theory that it is showing the transformation of the Dark Teensy wizard. Also I said in capitals that it might be a huge spoiler. So if we hit it right then it's not the dev's fault that you already know it, but yours, since you were warned to not read if you don't want to know a possible spoiler.

I think you haven't got the actual discussion right. I said that if he doesn't agree with us,there is no need to say it's pointless,stupid,ridiculous,etc...he can say: I don't think so or something like that but he doesn't need to say our thought are stupid,ridiculous or pointless because each person has his/her own ideas and there is no need to desencourage them to show you don't agree...

Stop lying, you're just trying to turn people against me. I said that Michel showed "mr. Dark" in the second trailer(ironically now you're saying that there's no mr dark in the second trailer). Your idea of making him appear for the last 5 seconds of the game JUST as a cutscene before the credits, even if looks epic, is disappointing. Saying that Michel is an asshole is just a trivial term, I actually think he's a great (but weird xD) guy.

Imagine for example the E3, Sakurai was such a dick for saying "wiiU wiiU wiiU...blah blah blah, oh, AND NEW SUPER SMASH BROS FOR WII U AND 3DS" and people so happy screaming of pure happiness and then "BUT....NOT YET". Isn't that disappointing enough? the worst part is that in an interview they told that the game is not in development yet, people at nintendo where JUST planning the game.

P.D: The black playable teensy... mr. dark? I didn't even talk about that, but If you ask me, that wouldn't make michel an "asshole" as you say that I said, spiral. That only would be a stupid hypothesis. So, what would happen if INGAME the black teensy turns into mr. dark? the 4th player stops playing because now he's a bad guy? Imagine the blue toad from NSMBW being the bad guy, pretty genius, uh?

In what way am I ‘lying’? What makes you think I am trying to ‘turn people against you’? Stop being paranoid. When did I say that Mr Dark wasn’t in the second trailer? Of course he is. I think it would be great if he was corrupted at the very end of the game; it would be an excellent twist and begin the transition of the story to that of Rayman 1 on a high note. I wouldn’t be disappointed in the slightest; why would you? I’ve already played several great Rayman games in which he doesn’t feature at all, and if my theory is correct, Mr Dark may be one of the heroes of this game, in which case he plays a much larger role than he does even in the original. ‘Asshole’ is not a trivial term; to insult a developer who has brought us all so much happiness simply because you don’t like a (brilliant) story idea is completely uncalled for, and no amount of backpedalling will atone for that.

This comparison makes no sense. Promising a game and then gleefully delaying it is completely and utterly different from saying that a character is going to be in a game only for him to turn out to be another in a plot twist. I don’t remember Ancel promising that Mr Dark was going to be one of the main villains anyway; could you back this up?

Oh, come on, not here too! Why won't you guys just get off each others' backs? OK, that's the last I'll say of it and I won't butt in anymore, but one thing's for sure: calling each other names will not cause this conflict to resolve anytime soon.

Anyway, does anybody know how long each level lasts? Michel Ancel said in an interview with Toby Turner (AKA Tobuscus) that there would be 60+ levels, which would take a gamer with average experience about 20 hours to complete. Now I don't feel like doing any math (like dividing one hundred by four, which some people surprisingly find hard to do ) but that sounds like it will take you, say, ten minutes to run through a level. So does that mean the levels will be quite small then?
