This looks like a lot of fun. Look, you can swing on rings, like in R1, maybe?

[trust me - the joke's over - this is Réal Madrid]

The fire looks intense! Look at the detail! It's even a little charred at the bottom. I think I'm going to be very pleased with the aesthetics of Legends when it comes out. If it then never comes out for other consoles than the Wii U, I'll just watch some Let's Plays...

Oh, yes, a little harder!

We already knew about those rings. We've seen them in gameplay.

What did you want me to say? It was pretty obvious that joke was gonna be made.

Yeah, that was expected. The thing is that nothing except the Wii U can do anything with that data, so it won't work on your mac either.
The program (which only writes the data to a file) should work even if you just don't do what Windows asks you to though.

Yeah, you should open it and use it on the USB drive. ;)
Oh, and thanks a lot for doing this ^^

For whoever was asking, I got the pictures from a search, the source of the screenshots was from DeviantArt (although it's official and not fanmade art). Must've gotten a sneak peak from the video files before they were removed.

Yes I remember that there were two leaked videos uploaded back in april. They were taken away before we got the change to see them.

Double-post, I know, I know, I really need to stop this.
Anyway, it appears LBP2 is going to use the Vita in a similar vein to Wii U:

Not wholly relevant, but this place does seem like the best area to talk Wii U related stuff.

Definitely some inspiration taken there. It does look very creative, though. Now if only it wasn't the Vita...

Vita sucks.

Back on topic. I've been experimenting with the toads, and you can actually perform some combos, however they're very limited. Rayman's punch has been buffed, like... a lot. A regular punch now has the strength of a spin attack, pushing enemies out of the stage. Running after them to execute a second punch is almost impossible, because usually they just explode. Almost. If you punch them against a wall, you'll have enough time to give two more punches, then they will explode. Also, sometimes uppercuts seem to work.

Why am I doing researches of something that is pointless in the game? well, because executing combos was pretty awesome and I'm butthurt.

:o

Okay, today my parents will come to that store and see if it's right that the price is 134,95€ (No one believes me, but I saw the sticker with that price in the box :P ) and ask what the offer is (if we have to give our Wii or something for it to have that price). If it costs 134,95€ I'm most certainly getting it on 25th, even if I had to give my Wii since Wii U reads Wii games (My Wii is hacked but I don't care, Wii U is cool)... Also, my mom's birthday is on February and she loves Rayman games too so I might get my dad to buy Rayman Legends for her by telling him she loves Rayman games, that game has good multiplayer and she likes playing games with me when she has time. It's true, by the way. I don't think he has a better idea for a gift :proud:

With this video we can see that most certainly the PSVita/PS3 combination can do anything the Wii U/Gamepad can. The biggest problem here is value, the Vita is $300, $350 if you want the 3G unit. That coupled with the $250 price point of the PS3 right now. THAT'S $600 DOLLARS PLUS TAX!!! It's pretty steep for a gaming console of any kind, heck, that's almost as much as the 3DO. Added, you don't get your money worth with the Vita, considering that with lack of games, it suffers as a handheld system. Unless Sony and 2nd/3rd parties produce some outstanding titles, The PSVita/PS3 combination will fall flat. They should have just saved it for the PS4, considering it's supposedly releasing next year. It's always proven foolish to try to expand the life of a dying video game console (32X anyone?), Maybe I'm being skeptical.

I'd like to buy the Vita, but the lack of games and since I just bought the Wii U, It'll have to wait, besides I'm saving up for an Android Tablet at the moment.
