Wait, so you can't use the public transport?

Once you get the license, things should get much easier. Little mistakes won't matter as much, and you start to really get used to everything, at your own pace. It's all about experience.
My instructor says that driving the car isn't a problem for me, because I can definitely do that, but what I do need to tweak are small details that require attention and concentration. I have tendency for example to forget to look to the mirrors while I'm too busy looking everywhere at my sides and front glass, or to leave the car "fall" when trying to make it move after a stoppage, or not always noticing that I need to change a gear in the Gear Box. The exam was starting pretty well actually, I even passed through a difficult intersection where I had to wait 4 minutes until I could safely go to the direction I wanted. But my mistake in the driving exam was my illusion of driving in a road with two tracks for the same direction, while I was in a single one. There was someone unparking and I had people behind me, so my intuition was to change the track to my left, but when I notice I was actually stepping a stripped triangle... :oops2: I was too busy looking to other obstacles that I didn't pay attention to the road marks. The examiner was still giving me a chance but I got so upset and nervous about my mistake that I left the car fall 5 times and I couldn't make it move. I failed. At least I swear I won't commit the same mistake again.
You did much better than me in that case, even though I was told basically the same thing as you were, haha. Second time went significantly better for me though, which gave me the self esteem to finally make it through.

Lets hope for the best now, I don't want to pay again what I had to pay now to request again the exam after the failure. If succeed I can get later a used car to start.

My true passion is this one though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2w1aAN8h484

I don't know about Japan, but here it's pretty inexpensive.

Reminds me of when we were on our way home yesterday, as we were on the right lane, onto the ramp that heads to the main highway, cars in front of us and behind us, no problem... then some crazy lady in a truck, who's barely tall enough to see over the dash, nearly turned into us! Thankfully nothing came of it but she decided to go straight and make a left turn to go northbound of the highway. I swear some/many people shouldn't be allowed to drive period, especially those who risk causing accidents just to be somewhere two seconds faster.

Had a similar close call just the other day when a woman couldn't wait to let us go past her and nearly drove into the side of the car. Was bad enough when I was involved in an accident earlier in the year even though it was minor and I've been OK for the most part (albeit with weird neck cramps still). Some people just should not be on the road.

Back on topic:
I tried out Bastion Game at my friend's house and I liked it very much. The idea of having narrator while you play is a genius.
I would like to buy game on Steam since It looks so much fun and graphics are just beautiful.

I finally got around to playing Rayman Revolution and was really enjoying it... until it got stuck at the loading screen right after boarding the boat with Bzzit. :boon:

Did you try cleaning disc or searching for skretches?

Yes, I did. In fact, it's more devoid of smudges and scratches than my Rayman 3 disc, which experienced a minor audio glitch on the first playthrough, but was fine after that. The glitch doesn't even pop up anymore.

Hmm, I never had freezing when I owned it, a pity you got frozen there, you were on your way to Axel.
I must say, I hate how they changed the fight music on the Sanctuary of Water and Ice to one of the generic themes in Revolution, I really loved that little unique track that played every time a pirate came up.

It's possible I just got a bad disc. So, I decided to order another disc that should be in better condition, that has yet to arrive.

That feel.

When I played Revolution last time in one go (it turned out to be two goes in the end), it went fine as a whole, except for fucking Echoing Caves which crashed like five times in a fucking row. I'm so fucking glad I saved right before, but I still had to play the first segment twice because I'm an idiot and didn't realise I could've saved time and saved in the second part.

These glitches and crashes are news to me, I did have the odd sound quirk and the like, and of course, the usual Revolution problems, like lag and such.
Now that I think about it, I might have been host to a freeze, but the fact that I can't remember means it is is probable that they weren't that significant.

The one glitch that also pissed me off was when the helicopter sound effect got stuck and I couldn't hear the music. Or the other sound glitches. I dislike sound glitches, they're utterly homosexual.

Been playing Halo and RO with friends. And I realised it's been more than 10 years since I first played Halo: CE...
